In the days leading up to, and immediately following after July 4, 2023, the skies in my area were noticeably more clear. The planes spraying the chemicals were few. I’m pretty sure it’s not because these people are patriotic and celebrating Independence Day, by any means. In my opinion, they likely stopped spraying because more people would be looking up at the skies during their backyard barbeques and fireworks displays.
The people spraying the skies don’t want to be noticed.
The skies almost looked as I remember growing up. Fluffy clouds against a bright blue backdrop.
Almost.

You can see in between the fluffy clouds that skies are still slightly hazy. This is not humidity. It’s not for any other reason than planes spraying chemicals. They still sprayed, just not as frequently. There were far fewer planes doing it, and they were noticeably higher up than normal. In fact, my camera couldn’t really focus and find them, but my eyes could planely see them (see what I did there? Sorry. Sometimes you just have to laugh)

In fact, most people would just look at these pictures and exclaim what a lovely day it is, clueless and to what those hazy spray lines are between the fluffy clouds.
That is problematic.
